Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had amazing rooms that were clean and overlooked an alleyway and air conditioning units of a neighboring building during my stay. The service was excellent, especially Alex, who provided great recommendations for dining. The location was superb, just a short walk from Waterloo station, with a nice atmosphere and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The dining experience was of acceptable quality but a bit expensive for what was offered.
The hotel had cozy rooms, not very spacious but really clean and funky with lovely Marshall amps provided upon request by housekeeping. However, the thin walls could be better to reduce noise from neighboring rooms. The service was excellent overall, very accommodating and welcoming, although a late checkout request was not easily fulfilled. The location was superb, near major attractions like Westminster Bridge and the South Bank, with easy access to the Tube for exploring the city. The dining experience offered a nice continental breakfast, nothing extravagant but of acceptable quality. A trendy area with bars, restaurants, and a food market in the street every morning made the surroundings vibrant. However, having to pay for the smallest toothpaste was a minor inconvenience. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, providing what was expected.
The hotel felt like an apartment in an industrial loft, spotless with a funky vibe, quiet, and larger than expected for an economy room in a London hotel. The service was very nice and professional, with Akri standing out as the best bartender. Although not overly helpful with a late checkout request, the overall service was pleasant. The location was fantastic with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs within easy walking distance, making it a central and lively area. The dining experience fell short, with small coffee cups and overpriced options. The facilities were functional and met our needs.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was great. However, the noise at night made it hard to sleep, and the lack of English breakfast tea was a downside.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredible, soundproof, and had a fantastic shower. It was so easy to get to places from here. On the downside, it wasn't as luxurious as expected for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was great! The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the dining experience could use some improvement. Overall, a good value for money.
